Every pizza is hand-stretched using our family's Roman dough recipe, and every pasta sauce simmers for 12 hours using ingredients sourced from the best local suppliers. We're one of the few Italian restaurants in Pyrmont that serves lunch, with our Tuesday to Friday lunch service running from 11am to 2pm. Dinner is available 7 nights a week, and we deliver pizza and pasta across Pyrmont, Glebe, Ultimo, Darling Harbour, and surrounding suburbs with free delivery on orders over $50.
