General Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum of $25 for delivery.
  • Surcharges apply to extra toppings or substitutes.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. There is a 1.5% surcharge (including GST) for all credit card transactions.
  • All online orders will be charged a 1.5% service fee
  • Please leave light on for driver when expecting a delivery.
  • A 15% surcharge will apply on all public holidays.
  • Made In Italy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if any suspicious activity is noticed by any staff member of the company.
  • Made In Italy will endeavour to provide allergen and gluten free products requested by you, but traces of allergens or gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations.
  • We cannot guarantee that your order will be 100% allergen or gluten free.
  • Made In Italy will endeavour to provide vegan menu items requested by you, but traces of meat and dairy products may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations.
  • We cannot guarantee that all vegan menu items will be 100% free from animal products.
  • Olives used in our menu may contain pits.
  • All of Made In Italy prices include GST
  • A $1 surcharge applies to half/half pizza

Loyalty program T&C’s

To earn a stamp, your order must be $20 or more (after any discounts).

The Made In Italy loyalty program only applies to orders placed through the MII app or https://orderonline.madeinitaly.com.au. Phone orders and orders through third-party platforms are excluded.

Collect 5 stamps and a $15 voucher will be credited to your account automatically.

Your $15 voucher must be used in a single order and cannot be split across multiple orders. Any unused voucher value is forfeited.

The loyalty program applies to both delivery and pick-up orders.

Each store operates independently. Stamps are counted per store and cannot be combined across locations.

Vouchers expire 1 month after issue.

Made In Italy reserves the right to modify or end the loyalty program at any time with 8 weeks’ notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to redeem any stamps or vouchers before the program ends.
