How does the loyalty program work?
Place qualifying orders through orderonline.madeinitaly.com.au or the Made In Italy app. After 5 qualifying orders, a $15 voucher is automatically credited to your account. Your loyalty count then resets and you start again.
What counts as a qualifying order?
A qualifying order is an order placed through orderonline.madeinitaly.com.au. Phone orders and orders through any third-party platform — including Uber Eats and DoorDash — are excluded from the loyalty program.
How do I get the $5 welcome offer?
Download the Made In Italy app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. The $5 welcome offer applies to your first order through the app.
Does loyalty work for both delivery and pickup?
Yes. Both delivery and pickup orders placed through our online ordering system count as qualifying orders toward your $15 voucher.
Are orders shared across all locations?
No. Each store tracks loyalty independently. Orders at Sydney CBD count toward your CBD balance, and so on for Alexandria, Pyrmont, and Annandale. Orders cannot be combined across locations.
How does the birthday pizza work?
All customers receive a complimentary birthday pizza after their first order with us. We send a voucher code by email just before your birthday each year. No opt-in and no minimum spend required.
Can the loyalty program end?
Made In Italy reserves the right to end the loyalty program at any time with 8 weeks' notice. Customers are responsible for redeeming any outstanding loyalty orders within that period. Full terms at madeinitaly.com.au/terms-conditions/.
